This study, funded by the foundation for Prader-Willi Research is looking at the effects of guanfacine extended release on aggression and self-injurious behavior such as skin picking commonly seen in PWS.
This study explores the efficacy of a synthetic (man-made) molecule having the same chemical structure as botanical extract cannabidiol for the reduction of Hyperphagia in PWS. No part of the cannabis plant is used in the manufacturing process and this medicine does NOT contain any psychoactive/controlled substances.
This study, funded by FPWR, examines the effect of bright light therapy on excessive daytime sleepiness in persons with PWS. This is a 100% virtual study where no travel is required by the participating patient or their family. No sleep study is required for inclusion and all participants are guaranteed to receive the treatment if they qualify.

This study looks at the efficacy of Ketamine which is orally administered (given by mouth) along with a unique form of aspirin to see if it treats depression that has not responded to usual care.
